Privacy Policy

O and P Advisory Services, LLC ("Monetary Model," "we," "us") operates the Monetary Model simulator. This policy explains what personal information we collect from individual users, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Because you use the Service directly as a consumer, we are the "controller" (or "business") responsible for your personal information.

• Account data — your name, email address and login credentials (or the identity provider you sign in with, such as Google). Required to create an account.
• Scenario data — the titles, notes, lever settings and results of scenarios you save, and whether you have made them public. You control this content.
• Billing data — if you subscribe to Pro, your name, email, billing address and subscription status. Card details are collected and stored only by Stripe, our payment processor; we receive a token and the last four digits at most.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps and error logs, collected automatically through server logs and essential cookies.
• Communications — anything you send us by email or through the contact page.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

• To operate the Service: authenticate you, store and run your scenarios, and display shared links.
• To bill and manage Pro subscriptions, detect fraud and comply with tax law.
• To keep the Service secure, debug problems and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and material changes to the Service or these policies.
• To improve the Service using aggregated, de-identified usage statistics that cannot identify you.

We do not sell your personal information, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not share it with data brokers. We do not use your scenarios to train machine-learning models.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service and billing), to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and product improvement, balanced against your rights), and — for any optional, non-essential cookies — with your consent.

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — hosting, payments, email delivery and web fonts — listed on our Sub-processors page. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or as part of a merger or sale of our business (in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise).

If you make a scenario public, anyone with its link can see its title, notes and settings. Your name and email are not shown on shared scenarios.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences (such as the Teaching / Analytical toggle) and cache simulation results. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Account and scenario data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you delete your account, except where we must keep records longer for tax, accounting or legal reasons (typically billing records for seven years). Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email monetarymodel@oandpadvisoryservices.com. We will verify your request using the email address on your account and respond within 30 days (45 days for California requests, extendable once where permitted). You may authorize an agent to act for you if you provide written permission.

EEA and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing the Service. California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and to non-discrimination described in Section 8.

We are based in the United States and our providers store data in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest by our hosting provider. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as required by law.

We will post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
